This time the bottling line has undergone significant alterations and has been upgraded with the latest technologies available on the market. The new equipment has been launched this October.

The Manzanilla La Guita bottling line is unique in the world. It is able to attach the "guita" (cord) that has been decorating the bottle for more than a century and has become a true symbol of identity, at a speed of nearly 12,000 bottles per hour.

On this occasion HRPM has invested more than 600,000 Euros in a series of new units for the bottling line. Among these, it is worth highlighting the new filling unit with a comprehensive automated cleaning and sterilisation system, ensuring the complete asepsis of the entire circuit that the wine travels through. From the micro-filters to the bottle.

The filling unit and its components are integrated with a sealed and pressurised cabin. The air that enters the cabin is sterilised to avoid atmospheric contamination.

In addition, this system extracts the air from the bottle before filling it with wine, thereby guaranteeing the absence of oxygen and making the inside of the bottle practically inert.
