Tasting Notes:
Greenish straw-yellow with steel tints.
Fruity aromas of citrus fruit (lemon, mandarin, lime), wild white flowers, daisies, sweet flowers (jasmine), and fresh herbaceous plants.
Fresh and fruity attack on the palate. Vibrant and zingy. Light, delicate and well balanced and a retronasal where the sweet floral sensations come into play again, very pleasant finish with a certain unctuosity.

Fish, white meat, seafood rice and poultry.
