Tasting Notes:
Pretty straw-yellow with steel tints.
Good intense aromas, traces of its contact with wood predominate and
combine perfectly with the fruity notes.
Vanillas, toasted, dairy (butter), sweet and spicy (cinnamon) tones
in harmony with fresh white fruit (pear, apple) and stone fruit (apricot,
medlar).
On the palate fresh, broad, enveloping and well structured. Glycerine
touches stand out and give it unctuosity and an intense retronasal where
the vanilla and dairy sensations become apparent again. Its finish is
long and elegant, the sensation of the cask, and just the right degree
of acidity, remain, above all, in the aftertaste, lending it freshness.
Gastronomy
Fresh salads. Fried, baked and braised fish. Seafood. Seafood
rice. Vegetable stews. White meat and poultry.
