This red wine is made in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and is the fruit of a dream come true: the transformation of old vines of Palomino white grape into vines producing several varieties of red grape, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Syrah, amongst others, using the “overgrafting” technique. We harvest the grapes very carefully by hand, taking into account the state of ripeness of each variety. With this wine, you will enjoy the best characteristics of colour, aroma and flavour that each kind of grape can offer. |
